6th Form, 10 and 11 grade students are set to change their password on first logon, and not be challenged for a second factor registration.

Student and Teachers can follow this process to setup their Self-Service password reset.

Teachers must use the highest level of security (Mobile Phone, Alternate email or Authentication app).

Doing this once allows individuals to reset their password by themselves not waiting for an administrator.

This must be done from a browser by going to.

Step 1 Enter your user name

Step 3 Select “Skip for now

Step 4 Skip Setup (Do not Click Next)

Step 5 Click the Plus sign to add Method NOTE: Students not having a mobile phone should Use (Security Question) to their enable self-service password reset.
