Covid-19 - Farming - Football - Track & Field
Past students of a number of Jamaican high schools, scattered overseas, are coming to the aid of their alma mater as the COVID-19 pandemic threatens to disrupt the delivery of quality education in serious ways.
One such organisation that has rallied to the call from the Ministry of Education and allied stakeholders is the Maldon High School Alumni Association (MHSAA), USA Chapter, outfitting some 1000 students with a branded face covering (mask) as well as the first shipment of e-learning devices to the school in Summer Hill, St James.

A cornerstone of our success lies in the collaborative efforts with various charitable organizations. The selection of our school by the Sandals Foundation to receive assistance
in agriculture, stands as a testament to the impactful collaboration with the Cornwall
College Old Boys’ Association/Mid Atlantic chapter through the “Share the Wealth”
project, marking a pivotal moment in our school’s history.
This collaboration signifies a shared commitment to fostering sustainable practices,
empowering local communities, and creating valuable opportunities for our students.
Our aim is to transform Maldon High School into a hub for agricultural innovation,
providing students with hands-on learning experiences that not only enrich their edu-
cation but also contribute to the broader goals of community development.
